Subject: Feedback on the Sports Day Event at EKA Arena

Dear Team Satellite School for Children,

We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation for organizing such an extraordinary Sports Day event at EKA Arena, Ahmedabad. It was a delight to witness the meticulous planning and flawless execution.

Commendable Aspects:

1. Proper Management: Every segment of the event was well-coordinated, reflecting great preparation.

2. Sync with Rhythm: The flow of activities was seamless and engaging.

3. Team Involvement: Teachers and staff worked cohesively as a team, ensuring a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.

Suggestions for Improvement:

1. Sitting Arrangement: Defining seating as per wards’ placement on the ground would enhance convenience for parents.

2. Sound System: The audio quality, particularly the echo and clarity issues with ground and pavilion speakers, needs attention for future events.

3. Class Identification: Considering the distance between children and the pavilion, larger flags with class names could replace smaller boards for better visibility.

Despite these minor areas for improvement, the event was truly fabulous, and your team’s effort was evident throughout. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience for the children and their families!
