School management is primarily handled by the executive director. The trustees and the executive director do honorary work for Satelite School and take no remuneration, whatsoever. Also, they don’t take any financial benefits or allowances from the school for their personal needs and interests. There are no related party transactions and all the vendors / employees / consultants are in no way related to the trustees.
